The highest package last year was at INR 6.8 lac per annum including incentives at Eli Lilly and Company. Marketing is the highest paying field but there are numerous options for doing B.Pharm. Hostels are available for students which cost around INR 60000 per year including electricity and free laundry for hostellers. Gym, sports and cultural activities are free of cost for hostellers. Fooding charges around INR 3500 per month the food is not as good as home food but you developed a taste after a while.
