Ayush Dewangan's Review on Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai

This college is famous for its placement. Many it giants like Accenture and TCS and Wipro are our major recruiter. Every year like 60-70% of students is get placed easily. One of the important things is Amazon recently hired one girl in 15 lakhs package. Total approximately 108 company visited our college. Which means a lot to us.

There are total 2 hostels (boys and girls separate). The quality of hostel is better than our classroom. Hostel fees are 67000 per year including breakfast lunch and dinner. As the usual, the hostel is also very strict. The college food is good enough to eat. Quality of library is very good one of the place I like the most. WiFi has a speed of 500Kbps but for your access, you have to go through problems. Labs are of good quality.

For admission process, you have two options to go there. 1- If jee mains score is good enough or You are qualified for the jee mains exam. 2- pet Chhattisgarh exam if you are qualified in that it means your mark is more than cutoff and you are holding a good rank you can enter easily.

One thing about this college is that this is a very strict college in CG. All four years you have to wear a uniform which doesn't mean a lot. Our daily routine is started from 9:40 total 7 periods of 50 minutes and two breaks in between. First of 50 mins second of 20 mins. For lunch. And class ended at 4: 30. This routine takes our whole daytime and came back home very tired. Project and assignment are not really a burden. Really I'm some subjects teacher are very good. The overall experience is good.

For BE students per semester, fees are 37500. On average per year, 1 lakh estimated. Including all college fees, accreditation, caution money, admission process fees etc. Scholarship option is only available for SC, ST students who are with BPL card. Or who gets 90% above on boards examination.

 Yeah, there are many clubs in the college. Vyom is our annual fest held.
