Devansh Shankrit's Review on Amity University, Lucknow

I am looking forward to an internship. I had a word with my seniors and they told me that many multinational companies have the placement of many students starting salary INR 10,000.

There is 6 hostel in amity, 3 girls and 3 boys each of 4 floors. And 30 rooms on each floor. The hostel fees are INR 65,000 and plus INR 3300 per month mess fees. The PG outside the colleges is very good. Ac provided but some PG is not worth mark. The food in the mess is not up to mark. It is completely veg. The quality of classroom is an ok type. Ac classrooms.

To get admission into Amity university, the minimum eligibility criteria is 55% in class ISC examination. The admission procedure is simple and as common as other colleges. Entrance test and an interview is all a student has to clear. I have the entrance exam for B.com Hons course, I gave the interview and the entrance test. There is no critical cutoff for BCom h.

The daily routine is 9 am to 5 pm. And in between 2hr lunch break. Mostly time spend is in seminars and workshops. The method of teaching is strict and very specific regarding the course. The quality of teaching is very good. Overall life at Amity is cool.

The fees for B.com H is INR 58,000 per semester. Scholarship options are: 95% above 100% scholarship 90% above 50%scholarship 25% Students do get scholarship in amity. Loans are basically not needed, it depends upon the family income. But even if someone is having a financial problem then loans are easily available.

The main festival of amity is Amiphoria. It is of 3 days complete program run by the students of amity. There is a sports festival called sngathan.
