Average salary: INR 3-5 lakh per annum.

Separate hostels for male and female candidates. Hostel fee: INR 24,000 per annum. PG and other options outside college: Nearby rents and PG are available easily and walkable to the department at the cheaper price range from INR 2500 per month. Foods are good and cost INR 20 to 40 per meal. World class and modern equipped with necessary peripherals classrooms, well-equipped labs, libraries, neat and clean dining halls, Wi-Fi facility and required facilities are available.

The candidate is seeking admission to MBA programme at Assam University must be a graduate in any relevant discipline with the minimum of 70% score in CAT and candidate who is not having the CAT, he must qualify in Writing skill assessment test (WSAT) in order to appear for group discussion and personal interview. Candidates duly qualified for being eligible for admission shall have to successfully clear the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD & PI) conducted by the department by securing a minimum score of 50 % in both the segments. I took Writing Skill Assessment Test (WSAT) to be eligible for admission. Final selection from amongst the eligible candidates will be based on Composite Scores of candidates as decided by their (i) Past academic records [30 % weight]; (ii) CAT 2016 Percentiles, if any [20% weight]; [iii] GD Scores [20% weight]; and (iv) PI Scores [30 % weight]

Class timing: 10 am to 4 pm. Faculties are good enough and cooperative. Latest elaborated and adopted teaching methods. Experience is good enough.

Course fee per year: INR 30,000. Scholarships: Post Matric, Merit cum means based, Ishan Uday etc. 45 candidates got the scholarship. No loans are needed for the course because the fee is cheaper.

Students are all grouped, well mannered polite, discipline within the campus, separate students association. Time to time festivals, annual sports & cultural, tech camps awareness campus are held. Quality of life in AU is awesome.
