Entrance Exams & Admissions : There are two ways of getting admission in PES University 1) Through CET - Common Entrance Test conducted by Karnataka state government and 2) Through PESSAT - Entrance exam conducted by PES UNIVERSITY.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : PES University admits 50 percent of students based on PESSAT, an all India exam conducted yearly while the rest 40 percent are admitted based on KCET rank. The remaining 10 percent seats are reserved for management quota. I got admission in the mechanical branch through KCET. The cutoff rank for students applying through PESSAT is as follows: Computer Science it is 900-1100, Electronics and Communication it is 1500-1600, Mechanical it is 1800-2000, Electrical it is 1900-2100, Biotechnology it is 2000-2500, Civil it is round 3000.
