- I have done my internship in May 2016 in the college's research center Crucible of Research and Innovation (CORI).
- Many companies like TVS and Allegion come to recruit at PES University for third-year mechanical students for an internship, they pay about Rs. 10-12k per month.
- Alumni network is very good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- PES University admits 50 percent of students based on PESSAT, an all India exam conducted yearly while the rest 40 percent are admitted based on KCET rank. The remaining 10 percent seats are reserved for management quota.
- I got admission in the mechanical branch through KCET.
- The cutoff rank for students applying through PESSAT is as follows: Computer Science it is 900-1100, Electronics and Communication it is 1500-1600, Mechanical it is 1800-2000, Electrical it is 1900-2100, Biotechnology it is 2000-2500, Civil it is round 3000.
