The admissions to my college are done by the MHT CET or JEE MAIN. The cut off for computer engineering for people of the open category was 105.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admissions in CET, you should have more than 60 percent. You can give CET, JEE MAIN. Exams Cutoff are different for different branches and can be checked in our college websites because it's get on changing.
