Placements and Internships

I haven’t done any internship yet. Actually in this college internships are of student interest. The campus doesn't provide any support in terms of internships. Many software and IT companies and some of the small startups come for recruitment. The major companies in placement cell are TCS, Accenture, etc... The average salary offered is INR 25000 per month.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

There are 5 hostels on the campus. The hostel food is average and costs INR 1500-2000 per month. The hostel rooms are also average and the restrooms are common in all hostel. The quality of labs is also average. the library is somewhat good and has so many collections of books and references. We have WiFi facility.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

To get admission in this college, the candidate must clear the AP EAMCET exam and must have passed the 12th from a recognized institute. The cutoff rank must be below 3,000.

Academics and Faculty

The daily routine is from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. The quality of teaching is average and methods of teaching are depends upon the particular professor or lecturer. The overall experience in college is below average.

Fees and Scholarships

The tuition fee per year is INR 10,000. And hostel and mess bill is separate as per the month. The scholarships available are Epass, national merit scholarship. Epass can be applied by all the students expect the ones whose parents are government employees. And national merit scholarship can be applied by all the students and it is sanctioned based on the merit in 10+2 public examinations and as per the caste, the cutoff varies. Maximum 80% students got scholarships. The loan is not required.

Clubs and Associations

There are student organizations for every branch separately. There is a science club also. The main festivals are college day, sports day, department fests etc. The college life so dry and routine.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility to enter into jntu is to have a intermediate qualification. To enter one should either write Andhra Pradesh regional entrance exam called EAMCET. For EEE course OC cutoffs are: below 4000 BC cutoffs are: below 7000. SC & ST cutoffs are: below 14000
