Entrance Exams and Admissions
IGNOU OPEN MAT is the eligibility test. One had to submit an assignment and do a test. The material was provided and the last assignment was a project. The minimum marks were 50%.
Fees and Scholarships

Course fee was about INR 1 lakh. I am not aware of the scholarship options. As IGNOU is very reasonable I think most of the students can afford it.
