Nilom Deka's Review on JECRC University, [JU] Jaipur

I secured an International Internship at Vietnam via an organisation, IAESTE, which works here. Few of the companies that hire from JECRC University are Pinnacle, L&T, TATA Technologies, Ambuja cement, JCB INDIA, Fiat India Automobile Pvt Ltd, etc. Average Salary is INR 3.5 lakhs per annum. Highest salary is INR 4.5 lakhs per annum (2016). Percentage of students got placed is about 85%.

There are 3 Boys hostels and 1 Girls Hostel. Hostel fee is ₹125000/annum with AC. Other PGs are available outside, which are cheap. Food in the university is good. Fees for food is included in hostel fees. Class infrastructure, lab facilities, dining halls are good. There is WiFi in hostels. Good quality drinking water is available in each building.

In 12th standard, the student has to secure a minimum of 55% with Physics, Mathematics & English (mandatory) from a recognised board. I took admission at JECRC University via JEE MAIN score.

Each class is 1 hour, with two mid-term and a Final end term exam. Quality of teaching is very good, especially in Mechanical Engineering, as the teachers have a lot of experience and knowledge. Overall experience in the university is really good.

₹125,000/Year is the fee. Scholarship up to 60% on tuition fees is available on the basis of class 12 board percentage. A student with more than 75% in class 12 gets some concession in tuition fees as scholarship. If a student requires a loan for education, it's is easily available in almost all banks.

There are numerous clubs and societies in the university like technical clubs, musical societies, literary societies, etc. The annual Techno-cultural feast of university JU RHYTHM is the held every year. Life is really good in the university.
