Placements and Internships
I haven't done any internships yet. Key companies like IBM, L&T, Microsoft, Dell, VM Ware, etc come to our college. The average salary package is INR 3.5 lakhs p.a and the highest is INR 18 lakhs p.a. I have no idea about the alumni network.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are quite a lot of private hostels here and the hostel fee per month is INR 10,000. PG's are quite good and their cost per month is INR 4000. The food in college is good and so is the infrastructure.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The eligibility criteria for my course is having more than 60% in your 12th PCM and admission procedure is via entrance exams or via jee mains. I gave the entrance exam conducted by this college known as UPESEAT. The typical cutoffs of my course could be having a rank under 6000.
Academics and Faculty
Quality and method of teaching are good and the overall experience in college is good.
Fees and Scholarships
My course fee increases by 10% every year, right now it is INR 2.8 lakhs p.a. There are some scholarships available for students on the basis of their 12th marks. Very few of them get scholarships. Yes, loans are needed.
Clubs and Associations
There are student societies, as well as some clubs for acting, dancing and photography. Main festivals of college are Urjaa and ignite. Life in college is awesome
