The placement seems to be pretty good, The salary expected is INR 3 LPA.
The girl's hostel is located around 7 km from college and the condition is pretty bad. The location is horrible. And the hostel authorities are not good or responsible. Also, there's only four sharing accommodation available which isn't very conducive for everyone. There are PGs available outside but none of them is good. The nearest good PGs are probably at least 8-9 km away. Classrooms are nice and the teachers teach well mostly. Also, they're usually available to clear doubts and help students if required.
The aspirant must clear COMEDK PGET / CET. you get favored if you're from the state of Karnataka, management quota is also there.
The classes are a little hectic. The attendance requirement is one of the main concerns with 85% mandatory in all individual subjects. Also, two marks are awarded in internals if your attendance is 93% failing which you can only get maximum marks of 18 on 20. The college does not encourage internships, sports or other extracurricular activities.
If you're from management your course fee should be around INR 4-5 Lakhs. If you're COMEDEK then the fee is INR 1.65 lakhs and if you have cleared CET it's INR 39000/-. Also, there are privileges that people with quota or other such special conditions receive.
If you're looking for college life this isn't the place for you. It's more like a school. Education wise it is really great but for all other aspects and recreation. There is a fest called 'Maya' but it is hopelessly terrible mostly.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : PESIT-BSC was affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) till 2018. As such, admissions were through COMED-K, KCET and management quotas. Since 2018, it has become the sister branch of PES University, following their curriculum. Entrance Exam from 2018 onwards is PESSAT. I applied through COMED-K, the cut-off for which ended at around 3000 air in 2015.The cut-off has drastically reduced in the following years, all the way down to ~1500 air for CSE, ISE in the following years. The college has unaffiliated itself with VTU since 2018, joining PES University as a sister branch and is now part of its independent curriculum. The admissions procedure now follows PESSAT norms .There are two counselling rounds.
Academics & Faculty : College is quite good but far for everyone Almost out of the city , nothing nearby to hangout But good teaching and good placements over all.
