Placements and Internships
Owing to the remoteness of the place, the campus placement for the media studies course is lacking. More efforts are need from the placement cell to bring in companies with lucrative oppurtunies for media students.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
The department of Mass Communication and Journalism has an entire building devoted to itself. The editing lab is effecient with Mac computers and FCP software installed for editing. Bedides that the computer lab is a internet hot spot area and is equipped with TV, printer and other technical requirements of the course
Academics and Faculty
The faculties are academically proficient and have extensive industry exposure. The professors maily live on campus which increases their accessibility points. The course and syllabus structure is very apt and explores all areas in the field of communication.

Academics & Faculty : - we had quite a busy schedule with classes 5 days a week and regular projects and assignments and presentations. - the 1st semester consisted of covering all the basic knowledge on all the topics and from the 2nd semester we could choose as per our interest professeors were quite friendly and helpful we could get in touch with our teachers any time if we had any doubts or problems regarding our course. also, every student was given his/her own mentor to talk and discuss their problems, be it study related or othewise.
