Placements and Internships
- The prospects of placements for the courses of IT,CS and ECE and related branches are great but if you are vouching for a core stream then go for mechanical because the teams of mechanical work throughout the year and their projects are very interesting to work on!
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Rs 16000 per year is the fees of hostel excluding the mess facilities.And the Mess facilities cost you around Rs 1.8-2000 per month.
- Food in the college is good and reasonably priced.
- Quality of the classrooms is good and wifi facility is there all over the campus
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Jee-main is the entrance test through which admissions to DTU take place.
- Typical cutoffs start from rank below 100 of jee mains and go until 25000-30000
Academics and Faculty
- Daily timings: 9am-5pm.
- Teaching is not that great but if you happen to find a good teacher then nothing can be better than that.
- Overall experience is good and there are societies you can get involved to grow as an individual
Fees and Scholarships
- Course fee is Rs 1.26 lakhs per annum presently for day scholars.
- Scholarships are provided by the college for the reserved category students.
Clubs and Associations
- Student societies: There are many some of which are: Global youth India, American society of civil engineers, Jugnu, Rotaract, E-cell, Enactus, NSS,etc You have a great opportunity to grow as an individual
- Main festivals are: Engi fest, Innova, Encastrer.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To take admission in DTU, one has to write JEE MAIN exam and they should apply for JAC COUNCELLING. One having 25000 ranks (general category) in JEE MAIN can easily get admission to the college. There is an 85% reservation for students who have completed 11th, 12th from DELHI.
Academics & Faculty : The quality and method of teaching varies from one teacher to another. The overall quality and metholody of teaching is decent as all the professors are highly qualified. They use slides in the class in addition to videos they show and books they refer that enable us to get a better grasp of the subject. If any furthur assistance is required, Students generally feel no hesitation to go to the teacher and ask. The overall experience of the college has been outstanding. College has provided me wit clarity about what i want to do with the rest of my life.
Academics & Faculty : Delhi technological university or known as delhi college of engineering is one college whose name sells as hotcakes or rather more in the whole of nirt india The college having produced one of the finnest leaders in all fields have given huge pride to the college.BUt as rosy it may seem dtu happens to be yet another government college.THere is no one to teach you anything and personalised care only at time of cutting your internal marks .As a concluding line dtu has an ocean of opportunities but the captains of our ships , our teachers are not worth
