College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : It's hard to get hostel from the college side and the fees are also pretty high. I would rather recommend PG nearby instead of the hostel and you don't have to pay the whole amount in a single shot and there are no restrictions though. There are many Pgs on that locality and all are a pretty good one where I used to stay.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria was based on the percentage in the 12th and I got selected for B.Com. Normally the cutoff of my college get really high so it's difficult to get admission.

Academics & Faculty : Daily routine is pretty hectic. Projects are given as an internal assessment or people take corporate projects as well. Quality of teaching is the main thing that seprate SSCBS from any other ordinary college. Daily routine is pretty hectic. Classes start at 9 AM and end at 2-3 PM everyday. Yet the learning and classes don't look like a burden. There's an infinity hour or break from 12 PM- 1 PM, but that is usually used up in the society meetings which are ever so prevalent in CBS. Projects are given as an internal assessment activity or people take up corporate projects separately as well. Assignments are given in practical subjects like Statistics and Accountancy which require practical application of concepts learnt.
