Placements and Internships
- 1. I have done my Industrial Exposure Training from The Gateway Hotel, Agra. The stipend was Rs.1250/- per month
- Since this is a hospitality course, hotels pick students for hospitality roles. The other roles maybe sales and marketing or retail
- Major hotel groups are Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Carlson
- Average salary is INR 3-4 lpa. The highest salary figures may reach to INR 10-12 lpa
- The alumni network is pretty decent and they conduct meetings every 6 months.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are only about 60 seats in the hostel and there is only one hostel. The hostel fee is Rs.3,000/- per month + electricity and water
- There are numerous options available for PGs. The cost starts from around Rs.3,000/- per month to INR 10,000/- per month
- Food in college is just like food you get in a roadside dhaba
- You can imagine the condition of the college as it is a government college. There are no A/Cs in the classrooms but they have them in some of the labs
- Library does not have any variety of books
- No Wi-Fi is installed for the students
- Dining hall looks like an industrial mess canteen during peak hours
Academics and Faculty
- The classes start at 9:00 A.M. and end at 5:00 O.M. This includes a 1 hour lunch break and two 15 minutes tea breaks
- Exams and assignments are scheduled once in every two months of each subject
- Since this is a government college, the teaching here is pretty ordinary. You have to run after the teachers for any extra teaching and doubts.
- Overall it is a decent college. They have fixed timings of entry and exit thereby gates are closed during classes
- Placements are good and you can end up having a very good job if you are talented.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee changes every year. Annually it will cost you almost INR 80,000/- excluding hostel fees
- I don't think any scholarship option is available here.
- Any other scholarship might be granted from any outside source
- No loans are needed as the fees is not so high.

Academics & Faculty : Classes are from 9:00 .M-5:00 P.M Exams are conducted by the National Council. Assignments in the form of class tests and practicals are conducted on a regular basis. The quality of teaching is amazing in most subjects however lacks in a few side subjects due to new or inexperienced teachers. Method of teaching is great as teachers work more as facilitators. Overall experience is very satisfactory
Academics & Faculty : Our classes start at 9am in the morning and in morning mainly practical classes are there and after 2pm to 5pm, theory classes are scheduled. I enjoy my practical classes and overall it's very nice experience to study this type of reputed hotel management college.
