Placements and Internships
- Practice school is one of the best experience that is offered, being first year B.tech students, where we visit various IT, manufacturing, electrical, marketing companies in a span of one week.
- As per the recent MBA batch of 2014-16, that recently graguated, has come up with an average package of INR 7 lakh per annum.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- As per the accomodation facilities for boys, there is a tower and 2 apartments, while for girls there is an apartment.
PG's are not avaialble and not required, since the campus is residential for the students and faculty. - We are delighted to be served with extremely delicious four time meals by the food brand sodexo.
- The campus has separate hostels and mess for boys and girls, a first-aid centre, an ambulance and doctor on call, cafeterias, an ATM,a general store, a book shop, and sporting facilities. The entire campus including the hostel is Wi-Fi enabled.
- The infrastructure, whether lab, classroom, library,dinning hall is appreciable and is well equipped with air conditioners.
Academics and Faculty
- Our regular classes starts at 9:30 A.M and lasts till 5:30P.M, though in that span of time we have 10 minutes break between each class and one hour for lunch break, as per the timetable.
- My university follows a semi foriegn yet interesting academic curriculum and an interactive method of teaching based on regular questioning and interactive sessions during the ongoing lecture classes, which complies of lab sessions also.
- We have various quizzes, assignments, projects, team building models in the sessions followed by semester exams.
My experience till now, is way beyond what i imagined, since one of the best part is hands on learning, where you go beyong the classroom and enhance your skills by applying what you learnt, and there is no one to stop.

Clubs and Associations
- Like many engineering colleges in India, we have clubs and societies in areas directly connected with the subject – such as Robotics and Automobiles. However we also have an active Culinary Club, Performing Arts Club, Photography Club,even an NGO to help underprivaleged children, LiQiId(Literary, quizzing and debating society), women empowerment club, science club, art and design club.
- We have festival celebrations and various monthly club events and sport competitions.
- I am blessed to be a BMU'ian because i can feel that immense personality, knowledge and experiential transformation within a year, where I have helping hands in the form of deans, head of departments, faculty, mentors, seniors and friends ;and i am delighted to keep evolving as an engineer and as a better person in the years to come.
