Placements and Internships
- I have been selected for remote internship in TCS but it has not started yet. It is a non-paid internship.
- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is the major recruiter for CS, IT, ECE.
- Annual package of INR 3.2 lakhs per annum to students. On average 4 out of 10 students are selected in campus placement every year.
- The alumini of my college is very nice and students have placed themselves in big companies today.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Hostel facility is very good in my college. There is a complete seperate boys hostel for 1st year students. There is another hostel for 2,3,4th year students and for MBA students. There is also a nice hostel for girls. The hostel annual fees is high and costs Rs 75000 per annum.
- Outside PG facility is very poor.
- The food in college hostel is average and costs around Rs 40 per meal.
- The quality of classes is very good. Each class is equipped with a computer and projector. The campus is wifi enabled. However free WiFi is provided only to final year students. The college has very nice and large infrastructure with well equipped labs and other facilities.
Academics and Faculty
- The best thing about my college is the strict daily routine for classes. Lectures are regularly held and students take keen interest in attending the lectures.
Fees and Scholarships
- The total academic fee per year is INR 1.3 lakhs per annum.
- Scholarship is provided per year by the state government for those students whose annual family income is less than INR 2 lakhs.
- However, honestly speaking there is no criteria how students receive the scholarship. I am topper of my branch with aggregate of 81.3% and my financial condition is not good,still I didn't received the scholarship.
- Loan facility is not provided.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria are to have 60% in PCM and if you are through counselling and management quota both. I took admission through UPSEE entrance examination. The typical cutoff is 60% for all the courses at HCST.
Academics & Faculty : College routine at Hindustan College of Science & Technology, [HCST] Mathura is quite good. There is properly conduction of exams, time to time assignments. Quality and method of teaching is awesome. The overall experience at the college is good.
