5th semester has started few days back. I didn't do any internship till now. Now our seniors are doing internships in Cisco, Amazon. Majorly, TCS is having greater collaboration with Vignan University and consequently hires more number of students. Average salary offered is 6.5-7 lakhs per annum. We can connect our seniors through LinkedIn. Staff is also cooperative. Proud to be a product of Vignan.

There are in total 4 hostels in our university. Two are for boys and two are for girls. In the girls hostel again there are blocks of AC And non-AC. Not only college hostels there are many pg hostels located outside the college which is at reasonable cost. The food is quite good and very hygienic. We have many blocks in our college. For every department we have one block. We have one central Library and one departmental Library for every department. And coming to labs we have different types of labs like networks lab, web development labs etc. This is for CSE. And other branches also have their respective labs with well and good wifi facilities.

The eligibility for joining in our college is student should have a decent score in their +2. And we can join in our college in two ways one, is with the student eamcet rank and one is with jee mains percentile. The college entrance exam is called vsat. For my course we should get 10000 rank for 57% concession and more than 90 percentile in jee mains.

Now the curriculum has changed from our juniors. They give assignments and we have to think and answer. The college timing is from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. We can stay upto 8.30 pm if we have any doubts regarding projects and assignments. Environment is cooperative and teaching is good and scope for practical learning is high which is must for a graduate. For me everything is good.

Per year Rs.2,30,000. I got scholarship of 50% concession from our university and also 50000 pragathi scholarship as of girl child. The university gives scholarship based on jee, eamcet or inter board exams. A test will be conducted by Vignan which is vsat to take admission into vignan. If we get good marks in vsat we can get scholarship from that.

In our college we have many student bodies which are run by students themselves, like E-Cell, SAAC, NSS, etc. Every festival is celebrated in our college. We have monthly sports, hackathons, fests in both intra and inter categories. My college life is quite good and I am learning a lot, enjoying the college culture and all.
