Vignan University Eligibility Criteria

Vignan University has set up different criteria for admission in different courses. The candidate must fulfill all the requirements for getting admission. The university has very strict criteria for admission, the basic criteria for some courses are as follows

B.Tech Eligibility Criteria 

• The candidates must have passed 12th with PCM and scored a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
• Candidates are admitted based on their marks or rank secured in JEE Mains/ Advanced/ A.P/ TS EAMCET-2020 or VSAT - entrance exam conducted by the university itself.

M.B.A Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of  60% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
• Admissions are done based on marks secured in MAT or CAT conducted at the national level and results obtained in I-CET conducted in A.P/Telangana.

Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria 

• Candidates must have a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% and good research background.
• Candidates are admitted based on their academic performance in UG, PG, written tests, and interviews conducted by Vignan University.

Vignan University Scholarship

Vignan University offers several scholarships and they are renewable every year based on academic performance. The scholarship details are as follows

• Merit scholarships will be awarded by considering the performance of students across all the branches when the syllabus is common.
• When the syllabus is different from branch to branch merit scholarships will be awarded branch-wise.
• The distribution of merit scholarships is as follows
• First 1/5th of the top 5% of students will be awarded - 50% of the fees.
• Next 2/5th of the top 5% of students will be awarded - 30% of the fees.
• The remaining 2/5th of the top 5% of students will be awarded - 20% of the fees.
