TNPSC 2019 Exam Eligibility Criteria - Agricultural Officer:

(A). TNPSC Eligibility Based on Educational Qualification:

Candidates must be aware of Tamil language and must have a graduate degree in Agriculture (B.Sc Agriculture) or the equivalent qualification awarded by any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

(B). Certificate of Physical Fitness:

Applicants selected for appointment to the post will be required to produce a certificate of physical fitness in the form prescribed below:

(C). Eligibility Based on Age(as on 01.07.2018):

Should not have completed 30 Years [For persons holding B.Sc(Agriculture)]

Note: Applicants who have put in five years and more of service in the State/Central Government and are not belonging to SC, SC(A), ST, MBC/DC, BC(OBCM), BCM are not eligible even if they are within the age limit.

Explanation: No maximum age limit shall mean that either on the date of notification or at the time of selection/appointment to the post the candidates should not have completed 58 years of age. 

Age Concessions:

  • For Differently abled persons:

    • The maximum age limit prescribed up to 10 years over and above for Differently Abled Persons.

  • For ex-serviceman:

    • The maximum age limit prescribed is 48 years.

    • For ex-servicemen applicants who have already been recruited to any class or service or category, the above-mentioned age concession will not apply.


TNPSC 2019 Exam Eligibility Criteria - Civil Judge:

(A). Eligibility Based on Educational Qualification:

Practising Advocates/Pleaders and Assistant Public Prosecutors

    

(i) Must possess a Degree in Law (LLB) of a University in India recognised by the UGC and enrolled in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu or any other State

And

(ii) (a) Must be practising as an Advocate/Pleader in any Court Notification date and must have practised for at least 3 years.

Or

(b) Must be an Assistant Public Prosecutor having at least 3 years of experience as an Advocate and/or Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Fresh Law Graduates

     

(i) Must be a fresh Law Graduate possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University

(ii) Must be eligible to be enrolled as an advocate.

(iii) Must have secured an overall percentage of marks in acquiring the Bachelor’s Degree of Law as below:-

(a) 45% Marks [SC,SC(A),ST,MBC/DC,BC(OBCM)and BCMs]

(b) 50% Marks in case of Open Category.

(iv) Must have obtained the Bachelor’s Degree of Law within a period of three years prior to the date of notification.
