TNPSC exam pattern differs for all the groups. Each group or post has a different syllabus and exam pattern. TNPSC Group 1 2021 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for TNPSC Group 1 is comprised of three rounds namely, prelim exam, main exam, and interview round. 

Prelim Exam: The paper carries a total of 300 marks for a duration of 3 hours

Main Exam: The paper is divided into three sections, each carrying a total of 250 marks for a duration of 3 hours each.
