Company Secretary is a corporate professional course. The foundation programme has namely four papers that include subjects like economics, accounting, business ethics and business law.

The executive programme has in total eight papers to clear, divided into two modules. This programme includes subjects like general law, company law, tax law, commercial law, corporate management accounting, financial and strategic management etc.
