PGDM [Post Graduate Diploma in Management] Details

XISS Ranchi PGDM is a two-year full-time residential course. The institute follows a trimester system and offers an internship program. The Xavier Institute of Social Service Ranchi offers 4 PGP courses that are mainly PGDM in Human Resource Management (PGDM-HRM), Rural Management (PGDM-RM), Financial Management (PGDM-FM), and Marketing Management (PGDM-MM).

XISS Ranchi PGDM admission is based on CAT/XAT/CMAT exam score. CAT is conducted once a year. CAT 2023 was concluded on November 26, 2023.

XISS Ranchi PGDM Eligibility Criteria

The XISS Ranchi PGDM eligibility criteria include 50% overall in graduation (45% for SC/ST students). Students must qualify CAT/XAT/CMAT exam. Candidates awaiting results in the final year of their undergraduate degree may also apply, and they should not have any backlog. However, if chosen, the admission will only be provisional, and they should have maintained an average of 50% marks.

XISS Ranchi PGDM Admission

XISS Ranchi PGDM admission 2023 is through CAT/XAT/CMAT exam. Shortlisted candidates must appear for a group discussion followed by a personal interview. After that, the final merit list of students is prepared for admission.

The final merit is based on different factors, and the institute gives 20% weightage to academic record, 40% to performance in the entrance exam, 10% GD, 25% to PI, and 5% to extracurricular and diversity each.
