XISS Ranchi infrastructure provides access to modern technology for the holistic growth of students in their respective academic fields. Library

• The XISS Ranchi infrastructure includes a central library that has over 45000 volumes of books and various journals, encyclopedias, and magazines.
• It subscribes to more than 150 periodicals and journals.
• The XISS Ranchi library also offers E-library services and subscribes to Emerald Management-Xtra, which contains materials from 130 journals and unlimited abstracts.
• Xavier Institute of Social Services Ranchi also provides CAS (Current Awareness Service) through computerised indexing services and new arrival lists.

Auditorium

• XISS Ranchi has an air-conditioned auditorium housed in its main building.
• It is well-equipped, with seating for 300 people, and is frequently used for seminars, cultural events, and other gatherings on the XISS Ranchi campus.

IT Facilities

• XISS Ranchi facilities include a state-of-the-art computer lab and resource centre in this IT-dominated era.
• Two seminar rooms with video conferencing capabilities are available for conducting training courses, delivering lectures, holding discussions, and hosting industrial encounters.
• It has four classrooms that are similarly equipped for developing soft skills for communication in the lab lessons.
• XISS Jharkhand offers a LAN facility with over 90 terminals and hardware support to meet IT demands.
• The management students can use two computer laboratories. 100 HP Intel Core i7 computers with Windows 10, Office 365, Oracle, Systat, and SPSS are part of the main computer lab. 
• XISS Ranchi facility includes another computer lab for GIS and remote sensing. 

Hostel Facilities

• XISS Ranchi infrastructure includes hostels for boys and girls.
• The hostel for girls comprises 24 four-seater rooms, 35 double beds, and 4 single bedrooms. Students living in the girls' XISS Ranchi hostel have round-the-clock wireless internet (Wi-Fi) access. 
• A new boys' hostel construction is in progress. 
• Currently, the institute has a contract with St. Paul's Boys' Hostel near the campus that accommodates 25 people. 
• It also offers a guest house and two distinct XISS Ranchi canteens for students and MDP trainees.
• The guest house can accommodate 30 participants for various management development programs. 

Sports Facilities

• The Xavier Institute of Social Services Ranchi has its playground and basketball court, which the students frequently utilise to relieve stress.
• Sports give students a reprieve from their studies while also assisting them in staying in shape.
• Thus the XISS Ranchi infrastructure provides facilities for indoor and outdoor sports.
• The indoor sports facilities at XISS Jharkhand are table tennis, chess, carom, and gymnasium. 
• The outdoor sports facilities at Xavier Institute of Social Services Ranchi include cricket, football, badminton, etc. 

Classroom and Conference Rooms

• The XISS Ranchi infrastructure features modern classrooms, seminar rooms, a well-equipped interview room, and a group discussion (GD) room. They are well-lit and ventilated.
• Along with the classic chalkboard and whiteboard, the classrooms have internet access, multimedia projection and audio systems.
• There are 14 air-conditioned traditional instruction classrooms and four tutorial rooms for round-table discussions and case studies. A smart classroom with multimedia overhead projection and audio systems for advanced instruction is also available.
• During the placement season, live meetings, live group discussions, and online workshops/seminars, an IP-based video conferencing service is frequently utilised to connect with others.

Cafeteria

• The XISS Ranchi infrastructure has a cafeteria that serves hygienic food to the students keeping in mind their dietary needs.
• The cafeteria can accommodate 150 people at a time.
