RKDF University Ranchi was established by an act of Govt. of Jharkhand in 2018 and is sponsored by Ayushmati Education Social Society, Bhopal. The RKDF University Ranchi, intend to provide facility for students & faculty exchange program with foreign University, as other University of Sponsoring Society Ayushmati Education & Social Society are implementing it by signing MOU with foreign University/Colleges in the U.K., Australia, USA, China, South Africa, Nigeria, and Sudan, etc. for the different duration for Research Innovation & Practical training of students and Exchange of Students & Faculty thereof.

The university offers various courses such as B.Tech, Diploma in Engineering,  Management Courses, Computer Application courses, Arts, Science, Commerce, Library Information Science courses, Hotel Management courses, Social Media And Multimedia Journalism courses, Mass Communication and Video Production courses, and Ph.D. RKDF University Ranchi has been approved by UGC and the Government of Jharkhand. Admission to any academic programs in the University will be done through the respective National Level Entrance Examination/ Entrance Test conducted by The University/ Direct Admission based on the merit of qualifying Examination as per the policy of the University and State Govt.

RKDF University Ranchi Admissions

Admission to any academic programs in the RKDF University will be done through the respective National Level Entrance Examination/ Entrance Test conducted by The University/ Direct Admission based on the merit of qualifying Examination as per the policy of the University and State Govt. Candidates seeking admission can apply if they meet the eligibility criteria for the course of their choice. Given below is a list of RKDF courses with their eligibility criteria:

Diploma (Agriculture) Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have passed 10th Standard from any Board, Recognised by the Higher Secondary Board or its equivalent Examination recognized by the Academic Council of the University.

B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subjects. 
• Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. 

BCA Eligibility Criteria

•  Candidate must be 12th passed with Math's at least 45% (For SC/ST 35%)

B.Sc. (PCM, PCB, CS) Eligibility Criteria

•  12th passed with Science with relevant stream

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have passed B.Tech with 55% or 5.5 CGPA on a grade scale of 10 regular B.Tech

M.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication Eligibility Criteria

•  Candidate must have Graduation degree
