Entrance Exams & Admissions : At WGSHA, the eligibility and admission were dependent on our 12th Board results along with the entrance department test, group discussion and personal+panel interview.After the completion of all rounds, a Merit List is prepared and released. The minimum requirement in 12th board exams for the undergraduate program is 45% aggregate marks or equivalent.

Placements & Internships : I have interned at 3 different luxury hotel properties- Pullman-Novotel Aerocity, New Delhi - Stipend was Rs. 4000 Hilton Garden Inn, Gurugram - Stipend was Rs. 1500 Hotel Royal Cliff, Kanpur - No stipend was provided Key companies like Taj Group, Oberoi Hotels, Marriott, Holiday Inn hire our from our campus for roles in various departments like Food & Beverage Service,Front Office,Housekeeping,Sales,Marketing,Finance etc. Average salary packages for undergraduates are Rs.3,50,000 per annum,with more than 90% of the graduates getting employed within 3 months.

Academics & Faculty : The day at WGSHA begins with morning classes at 9:00 am, lunch break takes place at 12:30 pm with classes resuming at 2:00 pm. End semester exams take place in the month of April and November, whereas mid-semester exams take place in March and October. The teaching methods range from smart teaching through various tools to industrial experience through On-The-Job training as well. The overall experience at the college was phenomenal.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostel services are available for girls as well as boys.It is compulsory for 1st year undergraduate students to stay in the hostel.The hostel is Rs.1,25,000 per academic year.

Clubs & Associations : Various clubs like Gastronomy club,Ministry of Bakery,Music club,Decor society, Debate club etc. are active on the campus. We hold 3-4 food festivals on our campus every semester which are fully run by students of our undergraduate programs.
