Vidyasagar College Kolkata offers scholarships to deserving and economically disadvantaged students. The scholarship is given in the form of tuition fee reductions throughout the semester. Further details regarding the Vidyasagar College Kolkata scholarships are given below.

For concessions, regular attendance, good behaviour, and satisfactory outcomes in class/college tests are required.
Students from the physically challenged groups are eligible for statutory concessions and scholarships.

All state government scholarships, such as Kanyashree, Post Matric Scholarships to SC/ST/OBC students, Hon'ble Chief Minister's Relief Fund, West Bengal Govt. Merit Cum Means Scholarships, West Bengal Minority Development and Finance Corp, and other private scholarships are supported by the Vidyasagar College Kolkata.
The State Government launched Kanyashree to economically weak students to encourage girls to enrol in higher education and minimise dropout rates due to early marriage.
