Venus International College of Technology is a Premier College located at Bhoyan Rathod, Gandhinagar, known for its academic excellence. It was established by G.P. Jain Charitable Trust in the year 2009. Right from its inception, it has been making attempts to achieve academic laurels. The institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University and approved by AICTE. VICT has been recognized as central zone for Open Source Technology Club under Gandhinagar Zone in 2015.
VICT’s Industrial Interaction Cell is also associated with Chhatral GIDC Industries Association. GTU innovation council has formed a body known as CHHATRAL SANKUL with which VICT and industries in Gandhinagar zone are associated. Dr. Yogesh Dave, Co-Chairman of Chhatral Sankul has named VICT as “Innovative Institute” and has provided encouragement by offering memento on the ‘Project Fair Day’ in the year 2015. On account of its innovativeness, GTU recommended VICT as Student Starter Support System – S4 Extension Centre.
Students in VICT regularly organize co-curricular activities. In 2015, VICT was awarded for “Effective Implementation of Thalassemia Awareness & Testing Programme” by the Gujarat Technological University.
