Students who wish to pursue Kerala University Master of Education (M.Ed) must fulfill the minimum eligibilty criteria as mentioned below. .

Educational Qualification	Required Eligibility
Completed Bachelors	Must have completed a bachelor's in education degree from a university approved by UGC

Candidates should have passed the corresponding Degree examination under the 10+2+3 pattern with core course and complementary course/ with one main subject and two subsidiary subjects from any of the Universities in Kerala or of any other University recognized by the University of Kerala as equivalent for admission
Candidate should be an Indian Nation
Candidates who do not take admission on the prescribed date will lose their admission
Candidates who are desire to do the PG programme should compulsorily register online before closing of admission
In University, seats are classified as merit seats, community seats, management seats and reserved seats
For Tamil Linguistic minority 5% reservation given by the university
Based on the rank in the inter-merit list and physical suitability, candidate will be selected for the admission
The fee structure of the Government/ aided colleges is lower than that of self-financing colleges
The candidate belongs to NSS/ NCC can be given bonus mark at the time of admission
The candidates have to submit more than one application with different electives in case they passed qualifying exam under ISC or any other boards which have more than three electives
