Entrance Exams & Admissions :
The New College does not take any entrance exam for BA stream. Admissions are based on merit list of marks of students on 12th HSC exam. Admission are in offline mode. They announce date of admission forms then you have to go to college and collect forms and submit it with your original documents. After that they provide merit list announcement date on that day you go on college and check your name if it was in merit list if your name is in merit list. Then you got your admission in BA stream or any stream in New College are divided into two groups grantable students and non grantable students. Grantable students are that's students who got admission through merit and they have only 2000 rupees fees and non grantable students have 6000 rupees for BA stream.
Fees & Scholarships :
The new college provides very good quality of education in very low fees. The average yearly fees of BA stream is 2000 rupees for grantable student and for non grantable student it is 6000 rupees..
Academics & Faculty :
The BA students timings are 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. We have five lectures in a day and sometimes we have extra lectures on Sunday.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
In new college there are no hostels for boys but there are a girls' hostel near college. Usually boys get room on rent near college
Clubs & Associations :
The New College organizes many activities in college like youth festival, exhibitions, educational trips and many more.
