B.Tech	The candidate must be Indian National The candidate must have passed HSC or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate or 45%, in case of any quota, with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects. Or passed diploma in Engineering and Technology with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Or passed B.Sc from a University under University Grants Commission, with 50% minimum aggregate. An obtained score in MHT-CET or JEE Main.
ME/M.Tech	The candidate must be Indian National. Students must have Passed Bachelor's degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from AICTE, State or Central Government approved institution with a minimum of 50% marks or 45% marks in case of quota. Obtained score care of candidate's Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering[GATE]. Students who are being sponsored must have at least 2 years of full-time experience.
PhD	M.E/M.Tech degree or with at least 55% of marks or 6 GPA point scale from a recognized university.GPA point scale.
