Tagore Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET), Salem was established in 2008 is one of the best engineering colleges in this locality. The institute approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University Chennai. The institute stands as a pioneer in the field of imparting education in engineering and technology. TIET includes mentoring system and regular personality and communication skills development sessions to help the students in grooming up themselves as competent corporate professionals.
