Symbiosis Skills and Professional University was founded in 2017. It is the first Skill Development University in Maharashtra. It was set up by the Symbiosis Open Education Society, thus, aiming the Skill India Mission forward. UGC has approved SSPU. The institution has a world-class infrastructure spread over a land of 15 acres. Specialized laboratories and workshops with state-of-the-art equipment constitute the cutting-edge infrastructure set up of SSPU.
