SSPU scholarship 2024 is offered to the eligible applicants. The scholarships are provided to students so that they can pursue their education without any financial constraints. Candidates must meet the eligibility conditions set by the University to avail of the Symbiosis Skills and Professional University scholarships.

Additionally, the scholarships are also offered to the economically disadvantaged students. More details regarding the SSPU scholarships are given below.

SSPU Merit-based Scholarships for B.Tech (Automobile Engineering) Girls

SSPU Scholarship 2024 aims to provide educational opportunities to deserving female students. It encourages a girl child to pursue technical education without any financial burden.

Eligibility Criteria for Merit-Based Scholarship

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to be eligible for SSPU Pune scholarships:

• Scholarships will only be available to girls who live in Maharashtra State.
• The female students must have applied for B.Tech (Automobile Engineering).
• Students' performance in the SSPU Entrance Exam will determine their eligibility for the SSPU scholarship 2024.
• Students must meet the requirements for admission to the B.Tech course to apply under this scheme.

Documents Required for Merit-Based Scholarship

SSPU students must submit the necessary documents to apply for the SSPU scholarship 2024:

• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
• Nationality certificate
• Domicile certificate (Maharashtra state)

Merit-Based Scholarship Conditions

• Only those students seeking admission to the first year of the academic session are eligible for the Symbiosis Skills and Professional University scholarship. Lateral entry program students are not eligible for the scholarship.
• Students who receive the SSPU scholarship 2024 under this program are ineligible for any other university scholarships.
• The merit-based scholarships each year are awarded to the top 10% of female students admitted into the batch. The university's choice is final, and no further changes can be made.

SSPU Scholarship for EWS Category Students

SSPU Scholarship 2024 is awarded to economically disadvantaged groups in society so that they can pursue higher education. It promotes education among students. 

Scheme of the Scholarship for EWS Category Students

The SSPU scholarships are available for all of the courses offered at the university. The applicable scholarship is determined by the percentage listed below and will be awarded based on a different merit list explicitly created for EWS applicants.

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship for EWS Category Students

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria to be considered for the scholarship.

• Boys and girls who reside in the state of Maharashtra are eligible to apply for the SSPU Pune scholarships.
• The annual income of the family must not exceed Rs. 8 lakhs.
• The grades earned in the previous qualifying exam and the selection procedure of the university.
• Students who have been admitted in this academic year are eligible to apply for the SSPU scholarship 2024.
• It will be relevant to every student admitted to that specific academic year.
• Students gaining lateral admission to any SSPU program are not eligible for the SSPU scholarship 2024.

Documents Required for the Scholarship for EWS Category Students

The documents needed to apply for the SSPU scholarships are given below:

• Previous qualifying exam mark sheet.
• Income certificate 
• Nationality certificate
• Domicile certificate of Maharashtra State
• Students must submit Form-16, ITRs, and Salary Slips from the previous three months if their parents are working in the service sector. (Notarized declaration if Form-16 is unavailable or the ITR is not filled out)
• Students must submit their most recent ITR if their parents work in business or another profession (Notarized declaration in case of non-filling of ITR).

Scholarship Conditions

• The SSPU Pune scholarship will only be available based on merit at the beginning of the academic year.
• The University and Management will determine each academic year whether a scheme applies to a particular program. In this case, the university's decision will be final.
• Students who receive the SSPU scholarship 2024 under this program are ineligible for any other university scholarships.
• Each year, the University decides which scholarships will be awarded for which programs. 
• When determining the final merit list, if two or more students have the same grade in 12th standard, entrance exam score, or score awarded by the university based on an interview by the selection committee, the weighted average of the academic scores from the 10th and 12th class will be taken into consideration to break the tie for the SSPU scholarship 2024, with the preference going to the student with the lower parental income.
• Only those students who were admitted under this scheme in the academic year 2023–2024 will be eligible for higher academic years under this scheme. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for scholarships must submit a separate application to the university to apply for the Symbiosis Skills and Professional University scholarships.
• The management has the right to end the scholarship scheme at any time.

SSPU Pune offers education loans to students from nationalized banks. Students can contact the administrative department to learn more about the education loan. The banks offering education loans are given below:
