SBIHM Placement Cell

The placement related activities, at SBIHM, are carried out by Placement Cell, which comprises faculties from various departments of the institute. Student representatives from various branches who are in their final year are also appointed as committee members as per requirement. The committee is headed by the Director of Training and Placement of SBIHM.

The final placements are a result of very systematic interaction with the industry and continuous career counselling of the students. Right from the beginning of the programme, students are continuously counselled with regard to their career aspirations and options, which in turn is vigorously followed up with the potential companies for participating in the placement programme of the Institute. As per the Hotel & Hospitality Management course syllabus, attending Industrial Training is compulsory for each student. In this training, the student will have live exposure to the 5-star and 5-star Deluxe Hotels, Hospitals, Corporate and also develop skills, discipline, knowledge and experiences which will help everyone during campus recruitment to get the best job opportunities.
