Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical and Health Sciences, [SGRRIMAHS] Dehradun Admission 2021

The students can apply through online process for admission to Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical and Health Sciences.

Online Process:

• #neet UG counselling 2021:- The Application Form will be available online on CBSE's official website and there will be no offline registration for #neet  2021. 

The University admission shall only be made based on the merit of #neet (UG) -2021 through common counselling conducted by the state government or its designated authority and none else.

On behalf of the state of Uttarakhand, the Hemawathi Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University, Deharadun shall be conducting common counselling for admission into under Graduate Medical MBBS programme will be based on the merit of #neet UG.

All #neet qualified candidates are invited for registration for the process of common counselling and admission.

They shall only be made as per the provision of section 33 of Sri Guru Ram Rai Institution Act.

Distribution of seats:

• As per provision of sub-sec(1) of sec Act 33, 30% seats are reserved for 'Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand'.

• 26% return in tuition fee shall be given on the 30% seats reserved.

• The vacant seats shall be filled up by the 'General' candidates.

Documents needed:

• Original Allotment letter from the appropriate authority.

• Admit card of #neet (UG)

• Scorecard / Result of #neet (UG)        

• High school / Higher secondary certificate for date of birth.

• Mark sheet of the qualifying examination (class 12th).

• Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (class 12th).

• Recent character certificate from the school/college last attended/gazetted officer.

• Transfer certificate/school leaving certificate.

• Migration certificate if applicable (can be submitted at the time of environment).

• Gap year affidavit, if applicable.

• Domicile / Permanent resident of Uttarakhand certificate (if applicable).

• Six recent coloured passport size photographs and two stamp size photographs.

• Affidavit against ragging from the CANDIDATES.

• Affidavit against ragging from the PARENTS.

• PAN card and Adhar card.

• Bank guarantee.

• Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from abroad have to give equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities ( a Govt. of Indian agency).

Age:

• The candidates should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission.

  Qualification:

• The candidate should have passed in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at 10+2 Intermediate.

• ISCE, CBSE or any equivalent examination securing a minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together.

• For SC/ST/OBC category candidates, the required percentage in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology have taken together is 40%.
