SJMSOM placements 2025 concluded with a 100% success rate. All 116 students who appeared for the placement drive were successfully placed.A total of 52 companies joined, offering jobs in sectors like BFSI, Consulting, IT & E-commerce, FMCG, and Pharma. The highest package was INR 53.8 LPA, the average was INR 25.82 LPA, and the median was INR 25.25 LPA. About 37% of students got Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), and 27% of the recruiters were new, showing growing trust in SJMSOM students. The summer internship placements for the 2023–25 MBA batch at SJMSOM were also impressive. The highest stipend was INR 5 Lakhs for two months, with an average stipend of INR 2.92 Lakhs.
