SCOEM is a self-financing college run by the Gourishankar Educational and Charitable Trust, Limb, Satara. The college campus is 30 acres situated in Limb in the outskirts of Satara City.

The college was established with the mission of creating intelligent, self-motivated engineers to serve society.
