Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:
- Candidates should have completed their graduation BE/ B.Tech with a minimum 50% of the aggregate of marks from any recognized university
- Candidates who belong to SC/ ST will have to maintain a minimum of 45% aggregate of marks
- Candidates must have qualified in GATE/ Merit on qualifying exams are eligible to apply

Scholarships for OBC:
- Candidates who income limit is Rs. 0 to Rs. 75000/- per year are eligible to apply
Scholarships for SC/ ST:

- If a candidate has Duplicate Transfer Certificate then he must have a Police FIR must be enclosed
