OPJU MBA Course:

Master of Business Administration [MBA] course is a postgraduate course offered by OP Jindal University. Program aspirants can learn more about the Business Administration field and understand how various sectors in Business function.

Why Study MBA in OPJU?.

The two-year full-time MBA program under the School of Management (SOM) follows a semester pattern. The first two semesters consist of foundation courses in the areas of Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, Operations, etc whereas the second year consists of Core and Elective Courses. There is an 8-week summer internship project during the intervening period between the second and third semesters where the students visit a company to gain hands-on experience on the workings of real-life businesses. Keeping in view of the brand mantra of “Learning by Doing”, the course is interspersed with industry visits, case studies, projects, management games, role plays, corporate interactions, activities, and so on.

OPJU MBA Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for MBA at OPJU is as follows:

• At least 3-years Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% aggregate marks. A relaxation of 5% marks will be made for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.
• Performance in CAT/CMAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA and /or OP Jindal University entrance test and/or followed by an interview.

OPJU MBA Admission:

The admission process for the MBA Course will be done online and the procedure is listed below:

1. Apply (Online/Offline) for the programs at OPJU School of Engineering, School of Management, School of Science.
2. The application should be accompanied by an Application Fee of Rs. 500* for Undergraduate & Postgraduate Programme and Rs 2000 for Doctoral Programme payable online (Internet banking/Credit/Debit card) or Cash/DD/Bank Transfer.
3. A merit list will be announced for eligible candidates for each round. The shortlisted candidates will be asked to appear for Counselling. On the subject to fulfillment of requisite conditions, eligibility, and verification of documents a provisional admission offer letter will be issued to the candidate. The candidate is required to deposit the fee within the stipulated date.
4. If the candidate doesn’t pay the fee by the stipulated date, the admission would be deemed canceled and the seat will become vacant for the next round of Counseling.
5. There will be three rounds of Counseling and after that, if there are any unfilled seats, it will be filled on the basis of rolling Counseling (First come first serve basis).
