ADMISSION entrance exams are Comed-k, K-CET for the B.E Course. I took Comedk and the cutoff range are Computer Sci: about 25,000 Info Sci: about 35000 Mechanical: about 45000 and besides all these one can take admission via MANAGEMENT category also. management fees are something near about 3 lakhs.
Students are selected who score ranks below 10,000. A student needs to pass the 12th standard or equivalent examination approved by the VTU, with not less than 45% marks. A student has to write KCET entrance exam to qualify for the admission.
If Your PCM aggregate percentage is 85% and above then you are eligible for a huge discount on the management seats. You can also apply for NRI option if you are. I got through COMED-K entrance test. You can also get in through K-CET Test.
To get admission to NMAMIT. I had to write Karnataka CET and then go through the CET verification based on the ranks. The cutoff rank for computer science was 6000. To get admission we have to score a rank below 6000.
I had written KCET entrance exam to get enrolled in this college. Ranks depend on the cut-offs, I managed to get 15500 ranks in KCET entrance exam.
The eligibility criteria for our college was KCET rank between 1-10000, to opt for any random branch. EC/IS/CS/ME are the top choices, followed by Civil/BT/EEE.
Students must pass 12th exam and write the the entrance exam like CET, COMEDK. The cut off is usually 5000-6000 in CET/COMEDK but I joined through management quota.
Born in Karnataka, common entrance test is the one I had to take to get myself enrolled in the college. A rank of around 4k will supposedly be enough for to get a seat in CSE
