CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS
6/10

There are dance, music, drama, quiz and social service clubs, but function in odd times.

Incredible is the college day that takes 3-4 days in the February month every year. Sports day and tech fests to take place in college.

As the college is in a remote area outside the city, students may feel lonely with less city exposure and fun. There are a few shops and hotels near the college. Nature lovers may enjoy the campus. The education system is average, as it focuses much on 85% attendance and CGPA of a student. Extracurricular activities are conducted but most students are uninterested. Hostelers are always in a need of going to their hometown in vacations, as the college has less vocational resources.

INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION
6/10

There are 2 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel. The donation fee is up to 20k and hostel fee/year is 60k.

There are a few PGs with 4k range and rented rooms are also available.

Food is average and costs Rs 40/meals

Infrastructure quality is average, as the college has finished 35 years.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY
6/10

Class timings are assigned well, as you may get a few half days in a week too. Due to Autonomous structure, if you have backlogs there is a chance of getting makeup exams to clear subjects, only when you have internal marks above 40 out of 50. Else if you have more than 4 backlogs, even after supplementary semesters, you will not be able to go to next year. Projects and assignments are normal.

Quality and method of teaching vary from professor to professor. On average, its an average.

FEES AND SCHOLARSHIP
6/10

College fee varies for different students like KCET - Rs 60000, COMEDK - Rs 2 lakh, Management - varies  1 lakh to 3 lakhs.

Scholarships include MHRD, State govt and public sector scholarships(Jindal, Tata etc) and caste scholarships

Scholarships are provided only to well-academic students. Loans are provided by banks for Govt seats. But, for Management seats there will be few struggles in getting loans, as they ask for Semester marks to track your academic performance.

I suggest to clear college fees from your saved money, rather than falling into loan traps.

PLACEMENTS & ALUMNI NETWORK
7/10

Key companies that come for campus placements include Infosys, Oracle, Intel, Accord, HCL etc. The highest package offered was for a CS student with 18Lac/annum. There is almost 95% placement record and the remaining 5% will be given a job after graduation.

Alumni team in the college will connect College Alumni when required.

Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process

The eligibility criteria for our college was KCET rank between 1-10000, to opt for any random branch. EC/IS/CS/ME are the top choices, followed by Civil/BT/EEE.

College Life is fine. There are many clubs like an aero club, Robotics Club, Innovation Club, etc. There are a lot of extracurricular to get indulged in. The college fest is fine. INCREDIBLE, it can be rated 6 on 10 4 days long fest with the satisfactory participation of other colleges. In actual College is quite strict about Classes. college attendance and rules don't cooperate with fest rules. But on an average its a fine average college; Where Students Hard work matters the most.

INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION

The cost is near about INR 40. per year for hostel rooms and mess fees is INR 15000 per semester. There are PGs near about. they charge near about INR 4000 per month excluding mess. Classrooms are nice I would rate it 7.5 on 10 Library is also good and rich.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY
8/10

Class timings for the First-year students are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM with classes 5 days a week with Saturday as a half day. Teachers try their best to give whatever they have. Actually personally I feel teaching is really fine over here. but the problem is with Indian education system.so nothing can be said about practical teaching. So on an average for getting a good marks college teaching is more than enough. only attending the college regularly would fetch u almost INR 8.25 CGPA in semester exams. but for practical skills and knowledge.more effort is required from student's side.
