The NIT Rourkela B.Tech is a four-year undergraduate program divided into eight semesters. There are 14 specializations available for the B.tech program, including mechanical, civil, and ceramic engineering. It is a full-time course and is offered in regular format.
The JEE Main test results determine admission to NIT Rourkela B.Tech programs. After examinations and results are revealed, JEE Main qualified candidates must apply for JoSAA counseling. Exam results are used to choose candidates for counseling.

NIT Rourkela B.Tech Eligibility Criteria
According to the NIT Rourkela B.Tech eligibility criteria, students can only be admitted to the program if they have valid JEE Main results and have passed the 10+2 exam with math, physics, and chemistry as compulsory disciplines. Candidates must obtain at least 75% on the 10+2 exam or rank in the top 20% of the application class. Students then show up for JoSAA and JEE Main counseling.
