Clubs & Associations : DU is famous for its culture and developing personality and skills among students through societies. Every college has societies which help students in building confidence, bringing a sense of coordination, team work, ethics , and develop skills in students. As in my college there are about 10 to 12 societies on the basis of different skills such as debating, creative writing, poetry, western music and dance , classical music and dance, fine arts, Enactus and others . During fests, you'll experience another level of environment in colleges and on the whole DU campus. Because during this time intra college competitions are conducted and students from all over the country come to take part in this.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The University of Delhi is now taking students on the basis of CUET marks and 50% of 12th. Earlier this year DU used to conduct its own entrance exam and also students in some courses were admitted on the basis of their plus 2 marks. I got into DU through merit based procedure and it's still in some colleges in DU. If I talk about cutoffs then it depends on the seats in the course and category to which students belong.

Placements & Internships : In the first year of my graduation I did 2 internships for about 3 months, which were unpaid and incentives were given at the end of the internship. DU provides an ample amount of opportunities for the students in internship programme as well. Apart from every college, companies and ventures approach students through the main branch. Students can apply by logging in to the official website and then sign up in the placement cell.

Fees & Scholarships : For the BA programme, course fees generally lie between 8 and 12k per annum. Scholarships are available for meritorious students and students with specific certificates. About 20 students from each course get a scholarship. Loans are not needed to get into this because fees are affordable.

Academics & Faculty : If you're someone who wants to prepare for some exam along with your academics and feeling hesitant, would you be able manage both at the same time or not? Then the answer is yes, you can easily manage both simultaneously but have to study by planning your schedules. As in 1 semester you've to submit min. 2 assignments or 1 assignment and 1 presentation or viva. Which you can easily manage if you're consistent. The overall experience is above than average as college gives you a vibe of diverse culture.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Infrastructure including classrooms, labs, and libraries are really better than other colleges. Campus is fully ventilated with greenery and green grounds. Most of the colleges in DU have their own hostels but some don't have one as mine.
