Hostel: The Kirori Mal college hostel is an important aspect of the campus community. Around 170 students from India and outside are housed in its 89 rooms. It has a built-in intercom system. Students who wish to live in the college hostel should fill out an application form available at the hostel office. Only students who do not live in Delhi with their parents are eligible to apply. Seats in the hostel are assigned based on merit.

Auditorium: The KMC Delhi infrastructure has an auditorium. Amitabh Bachchan, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Satish Kaushik, Ravi Baswani, and others have all used it as a launching pad for their careers in theatre and film. Every year, new names are added to the list.

Canteen: The Kirori Mal College has a canteen which is a great spot to eat and have a good time. It offers a wide range of goods and beverages at affordable prices. It is large, clean, and sanitary. It can accommodate 200 users at any given moment. 

Staff Room: The college features a modern staff room that is comfortable, air-conditioned, and roomy. It has internet-connected computer cubicles and a specialised tearoom.

Seminar Room: The Kirori Mal College campus area has a seminar room with the latest technology. It hosts interactive seminars, discussions, committee meetings and career counselling sessions. The seminar hall has audio-visual capabilities that make it an excellent venue for film screenings and workshops.

Wellness Centre: The college has a wellness centre where students and staff can benefit from the services of a certified counsellor. The appointments can be scheduled via email, Whatsapp, or phone. During the COVID-19 lockdown, the counsellor was available to the students. Students schedule appointments ahead of time, and the counsellor conducts the sessions over the phone. The identities of anyone seeking assistance at the wellness centre are kept strictly private.

Medical Facility: Students are encouraged to register with the university's W.U.S. health centre. In an emergency, the college's medical officer is accessible for advice and consultation.

Laboratories: The Kirori Mal College facilities include modern, well equipped and efficiently managed laboratories for science courses, such as Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. In addition, the departments of Geography and Statistics have their own laboratories.

Library: The Kirori Mal College library is well-stocked, with over 150,000 books in its collection. The collection is updated regularly to reflect changes in the curriculum. It has a large number of newspaper and magazine subscriptions. The library is linked to the Delhi University network, giving it access to DULS databases and electronic resources. It is a member of N-LIST (an INFLIBNET program) and provides users with remote access to a large variety of e-resources. Wi-Fi is available in the library for internet access. It also has a large collection of CDs and DVDs.

Prayas: The Kirori Mal College North campus has a PwD cell as Prayas, the enabling unit. It helps differently-abled students succeed in school by providing reading and writing assistance. It also raises awareness of the needs of the differently-abled community among college students and ensures their involvement in extracurricular activities such as sports and para-athletics. Apart from various events, Prayas hosts an annual festival.
