1. Sine this program is designed for Working professionals there is no scope of using their hostels.

2. In fact, I stay in PG's so it is not much closure to the campus but in around 4 km farther.

3. The college operating timings would be for us in the evening time, so we hardly use campus resources.

4. We are offered with Wi-Fi and all other resources labs, libraries, and infrastructures like classrooms and exam halls.

  • Remaining will be paid by the govt.
  • PG and hostels are available.
  • Food tastes so good.
  • The quality of classrooms are good and around the campus, you can avail the wifi facility.

here 3 hostels are available and the fee is INR 2500 per month other hostels are highly paid hostels good and average food for students classrooms are great and labs are good wifi also available with speed.

  • THERE ARE TOTALLY 4 BOYS HOSTELS AND 1 GIRLS HOSTEL. BOYS HOSTELS CAN ACCOMODATE UPTO 1000 MEMBERS.
  • FOOD IN COLLEGE IS LIKE NOT BAD BUT I DONT SAY IT IS GOOD. COST IS VERY LOW 20 RS PER MEAL.
  • CLASS ROOMS ARE VERY NICE AND LABS ARE ALSO GOOD. THE COLLEGE HAS A VERY BIG NEWLY CONSTRUCTED LIBRARY WHICH HAS A  CENTRALISED AC COMPUTER CENTER TOO. THERE IS GOOD WIFI AVAILABLE ALL OVER THE COLLEGE. COLLEGE IS OF AREA ABOUT 70-80 ACRES WHICH IS BUILT ALL OVER. I SAY IT HAS A GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE.

The college has 15 lecture halls and two drawing halls. The bench space is available in classrooms and laboratories as per norms. The Seminar hall accommodates 200 people. Each department has state of art laboratories. The Central facilities such as auditorium, guest house, canteen, ups and power house with 140 KVA generator is connected to all the departments. A college has 100 acrs of land with beautiful hills and landscape.

Infrastructure facility at JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad

Computer Centre:

  • The 24x7 Centralized Computer Center is established under TEQIP Project in the year 2006 to provide central computing facilities to the students and the faculty of all the Departments.
  • This centre will function round the clock including Holidays.
  • This centre is equipped with 70 No.s of Desktop Systems with internet connectivity, Biometric devices, Audio-Visual equipment, Surveillance cameras and application software is made available as per the syllabi.
 Infrastructure:
  • The College has 40 lecture halls and 4 drawing halls.
  • The bench space available in classroom is about 2 Sq.m per student and working space available in the laboratories is about 5 sq.m per student.
  • There is a seminar hall to accommodate 150 people. Each department has got its own independent buildings, departmental Libraries and seminar halls.
  • The common facilities such as Auditorium, Guest House, a Branch of Andhra Bank, Extension counter of SBH, Staff Quarters, Principal Quarter, Canteen, Power House with 140 KV A Generator connected to all buildings including Hostels.

Hostels:

  • The College has two Hostels for Boys and one Hostel for Girls. The Boys hostels have a total boarding capacity of 350 students while the Girls hostel accommodates 120 girl students. Deputy Wardens are available on the campus.
  • One PG Hostel for Boys and One PG Hostel for Girls are under construction.

Sports and games:

  • The college has ample facilities for sports and games.
  • A Deputy Director of Physical Education organizes these activities.
  • There are facilities for playing Cricket, Football, Table Tennis and other games. A running track is also available.
  • The students have been participating in inter-collegiate, interUniversity and state level sports and games.
  • Their performance has been quite satisfactory. A multi Gym is also available for Boys. Multi Gym for Girls is under procurement.

Domestic Effluent treatment Plant:

  • A domestic wastewater treatment system was constructed for treating the waste generated from hostels and staff quarters.
  • The project was taken up in collaboration with MIs. Delta Business Services, USA.
  • The treatment system consists of 3 units - Deep Anaerobic pond, Aeration tank and, Solarization pond. Most of the organic matter will be decomposed in the anaerobic pond.
  • Later, the waste water will be going to Aeration tank, where the waste water will be oxidized and oxygen is supplied with blowers. Finally, the wastewater goes to solarization pond, where the waste water will be disinfected by solar heat.
  • The final effluent will be applied to plants. By using the treated water for gardening, most of the water requirement in the campus will be reduced.

Medical:

  • The College has a qualified doctor and a dispensary to cater to the medical needs of the students and faculty. A 20 bedded hospital is nearing completion.
Library:
 
  • The College has a Library and a few Departments have their own department libraries.
  • The college library has 40,502 volumes of books in different disciplines and separate book banks are available for SC and ST students. The library subscribes over 50 Journals as
  • listed below.
  • Recently a new Library building has been constructed in this campus as a Central facility for students, faculty and staff of the campus covering various Schools, departments of the university and also the college. The college library will be shifting to the new Digital Library building in the same campus with all e-Library facilities.
