Documents Required 

• Allotment letter.
• Income certificate available online (both hard copy and net copy).
• Category certificate (as applicable Issued by competent authority). 
• The address of the domicile must be matched with the Aadhar card.
• Certificates or degrees of all qualifications.
• Transfer certificates.
• Aadhar card.
• Copy of fee receipt of fee deposits by the applicant.
• Self-declaration, parents declaration and certification for a gap period. 
• Last year scholarship details (if applied).
• Counselling letter (showing counselling registration number).
• All IET Lucknow applicants must have a bank account in any bank in any district in UP only. Aadhar card and mobile number must be linked with a bank account.
• Bank Passbook.
• Hostel verification form (for students residing in hostels).
• Scholarship forwarding form.
• UPSEE admit card (photocopy).
• A duly signed copy of the online Institute of Engineering and Technology Lucknow scholarship form submitted by the applicants.
