PGPM [Post Graduate Programme in Management] Details

IIM Trichy PGPM is a two-year program leading to an MBA degree. It also provides an internship as a part of the course. The Indian Institute of Management Trichy offers 3 PGPM courses, mainly PGPM,and  PGPM in Human Resource (PGPM-HR). PGPM-HR is also a two-year program conducted across 6 streams.

Admission to the IIM Trichy PGPM program is based on the CAT exam score for domestic students, and international students must have a valid GMAT score. Both the exams CAT and GMAT are conducted once a year.

IIM Trichy PGPM Admission

IIM Trichy admission 2023 is based on CAT/GMAT scores. Students must appear for the required entrance exam and fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Candidates are shortlisted based on the scores of the entrance exam first. Then selected students are called for personal interaction, including a written ability test (WAT) and personal interview (PI).

The final merit list is prepared on scores of the entrance exam, performance during PI and WAT, academic records, and gender/academic diversity. The IIM Trichy PGPM admission procedure includes a written ability test and a personal interview. 

Application Procedure

• The CAT 2023 application procedure started on August 02, 2023.
• The IIM Trichy application fees are included in the CAT 2023 registration fee.

Entrance Exam

Students must appear in the Common Admission Test (CAT)/ Graduation Management Test for admission to the PGPM course. The GMAT is for international students seeking admission to IIM Trichy.
