PGPEM full form is Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management. PGPEM in IIM Bangalore is a premier, two-year PG programme in Enterprise Management designed for professionals with a minimum of 4 years of work experience. Students are provided with a strong grounding in general management through the core courses of PGPEM. Eligibility Criteria for PGPEM

IIM Bangalore PGPEM eligibility requirements include that candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 50% aggregate score in the final examination and 4 years of work experience in any industry after the Bachelor's degree.
